The ALPI PAC strongly condemns and deplores in the strongest terms the latest unwarranted Hezbollah exhibition of its illegal parade of weapons in southern Lebanon. This parade is a confirmation of Hezbollah’s aim to mock the sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Lebanon.

The ALPI PAC is calling on the U.S. Administration, the international community, and the United Nations Security Council to convene an emergency session to address the crisis and demand the implementation of UNSCR 1559 and 1701.

The Islamic Republic of Iran systemically; through its proxy Hezbollah, is transforming Lebanon into a remote failed state adhering to Iran’s agenda in the region, forcing most of the Lebanese to accept their hostile war-mongering agenda in the region.

Most of the Lebanese reject the Iran-Hezbollah theocratic ideology.

Addressing the subject of Lebanon, the Arab’s League summit final declaration rejected all interference in the internal affairs of Arab countries and rejected illegitimate armed groups and militias.

ALPI PAC undeniably believe that Iran’s aim is to destroy Lebanon as a free, sovereign, and independent country, but also undermining the national security interests of the United States in the Middle East.

We call on the U.S. Congress and the Administration of the United States to take unambiguous actions to stop these destructive interventions and assist Lebanon to elect a sovereign President and restore the rule of law.
